Course description

As you do more research about FASD and how to offer resources or techniques for improvement, you will find that there are many perspectives on how to best impact change. This module discusses several strategies and methods which can best meet the needs of the individual. There are several free resources included with this module.

Nature of Kids

Monica graduated from the Early Childhood Education program at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1980. She is registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators and certified by the AECEO and has an Early Childhood Resource Teacher certificate from Humber College. She has worked in Child Care, Co-Operative Preschool and has been a Resource Teacher and Resource Consultant and is experienced in most aspects of the ECE field. Monica has worked as a Special Needs Consultant and Professional Education Consultant in Hamilton, Ontario and has presented at conferences all across Canada.
